When the call to design comes in, Solutions by Design's design team arranges to obtain plans (drawings) of the site.
If required, a professional is sent to the site to measure and photograph the space.
An interview - either on site or via telephone - is held to ascertain the needs of the client.
Clients are provided continuous progress reports as their new pharmacy takes shape.
